We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Please note: To provide the best selection, we partner with a network of strategic fulfillment centers. This means return procedures may involve shipping to our partner warehouse locations, but we are committed to ensuring a fair and transparent process.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition – The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Original packaging – Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Proof of purchase – You must provide your order number or receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Costs for Returns

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and your bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, we will send the refund to the original purchaser.
